Sustainable Finance Ireland became the International Sustainable Finance Centre of Excellence (ISFCOE) to support the goal of Ireland becoming a leading sustainable finance centre by 2025 with the support of the Department of Finance and the Department of Further and Higher Education through Skillnet Ireland.

Our Director, Pace Borza Butterly, project managed the re-branding of the organisation as International Sustainable Finance Centre of Excellence (ISFCOE) managing  ongoing stakeholder engagement and relationship management with leading domestic and international private sector actors such as AIB, Bank of Ireland, Davy, Deloitte Ireland, Eirgrid, EY, First Derivative, Goodbody, IDA Ireland, Irish Life Investment Managers, KPMG, Mazars, Maples Group, New Ireland Assurance, Permanent TSB, PWC and TD Securities with international support from the United Nation Development Programme (UNDP) and Climate KIC – The EU’s main climate innovation initiative.

Tasked with carrying out the tender process in securing a web designers to create a new website, we managed all digital assets across social platforms and online communications such as the monthly newsletter, from the launch of the Centre in 2022 right up to the launch of Climate Finance Week Ireland 2023 when we passed along the baton to the inhouse team!

‘I have had the pleasure of working with Pace at the International Sustainable Finance Centre of Excellence. As a consultant there she worked across a number of digital channels and effectively navigated and managed a number of websites. Her skilled management of the tendering process for the new website was of particular note and this process was both enormously helpful and efficient thanks to Pace’s ownership of it. Her contributions to the campaign work around Climate Finance Week Ireland, in particular, are also impressive and had enormous, positive impacts on the running of those campaigns.

At all times Pace displayed excellent stakeholder management skills and an accurate eye for detail along with creative input and always a willingness to work as part of a team. In addition I always found Pace to be a helpful positive and enthusiastic member of the team’.
